Yes. Any combination works within a bundle: a twilight on the front, staging in the living room and a garage clean-up can all count toward the same bundle. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll take it from there.
Yes. All images stay MLS-compliant, with no structural changes to the property. You also get the original with every enhancement, so what goes on the MLS is always your call.
Yes. Every enhancement is AI-powered and made in Arvaum Studio, my in-house editing app. The original image is preserved, and you get it back alongside the enhanced version.
Virtual staging furnishes an empty room digitally, with furniture, art, lighting and accessories in the style you choose, at a fraction of the cost of traditional staging. The Virtual Staging tab above shows fifteen design styles.
Object removal takes out cars, people, poles, signs and clutter. Complexity varies from photo to photo, so tell me what you want gone. Garages, closets, streets and concrete can get a clean-up too.
